GoPower ("we", "us", or "our") operates a gym management platform available at gopower.fit and app.gopower.fit. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our platform, whether you are a gym owner, coach, or gym member (trainee).

By using GoPower, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

For gym owners and coaches (admin users):

• —Process class bookings and membership management
• —Send booking confirmations and notifications
• —Process payments and subscriptions
• —Allow gym owners to manage their members and classes
• —Improve and develop the platform

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted third-party service providers:

• —Vercel — Frontend hosting

• —Meta (Facebook) — Lead capture for gyms (gym owners only)

Each provider is bound by their own privacy policy and data processing agreements.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

Under applicable privacy law (including Israeli Privacy Protection Law and, where applicable, GDPR), you have the right to:
